Why Plastic Recycling?

Plastic waste has a negative economic impact due to huge volumes being disposed without any expectation of reuse. As plastic production is set to double in the next 20 years and quadruple by 2050, and plastic takes between 400 and 1,000 years to decompose, it is essential to address the problem as soon as possible.

We are actively looking to Partner!

Today more than ever, people are looking for solutions, which is one of the reasons why our start-up business was established. Composite Recycling has taken several years to research our technology. If you wish to be a part of this, providing ways to protect the environment from waste, please contact us about Partnering.

Our Process

Following several years of research, a novel response to sustainable recycling has been developed and tested on our scalable pilot plant; such is the simplicity of the “reactor” that scalability of the process can be delivered to match any requirements. “Supernato” is a new and unique approach to the process for the separation of waste products into their constituent and fundamental chemistry and materials. Direct heat treatment involving molten metal provides optimum energy transfer efficiency.

INVESTMENT BENEFITS

Recycling is a process of collecting used materials which are waste from other products that have the ability for reuse or further processing. The elements present in the waste are segregated and then converted to materials for newer products with significant economic value.

Licensing the “Supernato” technology is an assured way to achieve a financial upside to waste disposal costs.

Helps reduce landfill space

One ton of recycled plastic can save approximately seven cubic yards of space used in landfills. Recycling plastic helps keep it out of landfills and also helps the environment.

Natural resource conservation

Recycling and reusing plastic or other wastes would ultimately mean saving natural resources either through the use of new products from that waste or by conserving energy which can be derived from the waste material.
